Hi! I'm Chespin!
Like the gentle Pokémon, I've got a soft, quiet nature and a calm way of moving through the world. I was raised on a ranch, spending most of my life outdoors with plenty of space to roam and little interaction with people. That lifestyle made me independent, but over the past several months, I've been learning just how nice human companionship can be. I'm still getting used to all the attention, but I do enjoy being pet! I've started to really enjoy greeting people when they come into the room, often walking right up to say hello. Every day I get a little braver and more curious. I also truly enjoy the company of other cats. I'm a "cat's cat" at heart, and having a calm feline friend around helps me feel more confident and secure. I'm looking for a quiet, patient home-ideally with another friendly cat-where I can continue to grow at my own pace. Saturday - 10:30am - 6:00pm.
AAWL requires that all adopted dogs leave with a leash and collar and all cats leave in a carrier.
