Flipper is a high-energy dog who would thrive in an active home where he can run, play, and just be a dog. He’s smart, eager, and has that classic Border Collie drive! He’s a “must meet” with other dogs so you'll have you bring any potential canine foster siblings for a meet n' greet. Due to his drive, he is a no with cats and he would do best in a home with kids high school and up!
