2019 Vendor Rules & Regulations

Application deadline: April 5, 2019

Vendor fee: The fee for a 6ft x 3ft space is $75. No refunds will be issued.

Vendor space: All vendor spaces are located in the covered, open-air patio of The Churchill. AAWL assigns spaces based off of the date the vendor form with payment is submitted. AAWL makes every effort to ensure that vendors with similar products are not placed next to each other. AAWL reserves the right to modify space assignments as needed.

All vendor spaces are accessible for setup on Saturday, April 27, 2019 from 10am-10:30am and breakdown from 3pm-3:30pm.

Vendors are responsible for their own tables and chairs. A table can be rented through AAWL for a fee of $30. All table rentals must be submitted by Monday, April 15, 2019.

Vendor parking: Parking is available in the lot west of The Churchill and at metered parking spaces.

Other information:

1. All vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting Arizona State and Local Sales Tax.

2. Vendor fee ($75) is due by April 5, 2019 to AAWL. This can be done through check via mail, delivering cash/check to AAWL, or paying online. If paying by cash or check, please download and complete this form and mail cash/checks mailed to:

3. HOLD HARMLESS AND RELEASE

In consideration of participation in any event hosted by AAWL, I hereby release and forever discharge AAWL, its officers, agents, employees and representatives, and their respective heirs, successors and assigns, from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, debt, dues contracts, judgements, damages, claims, and or demands, claims, and or demands whatsoever in law and equality that the undersigned, its successors or assigns, ever had, now have, or may have in the future in connection with the undersigned participation in any event on Town property.

Your submission of this form and payment of deposit signifies your acceptance of the this agreement.
