1. How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment here. We offer vaccine appointments, wellness exams and technician services. We also can assist with appointment booking via phone or email. We allow limited walk-in each week, our lead technician can determine if we can allow additional walk-in appointments. At checkout clients can book recheck and booster appointments.
2. Why do i have to pay a deposit?
All our appointments require a $5 deposit to help prevent last minute cancelations or no shows. If deposit will be credited towards the client's total balance. If there are no additional charges the deposit will be returned to the card used at booking. If the client does not reschedule or is a no- show, the deposit will be donated and is not refundable. If client communicates need to reschedule prior to day of appointment and books future date credit will be transferred to one future appointment date. All non-refundable deposits will go towards providing more access to veterinary care.
3. What if I am late to my appointment?
If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be considered late, and you will need to reschedule. With limited time for each appointment, every minute is essential to providing thorough care to all our clients and their pets. Our last morning appointment will be checked in by 11:45 AM. Our last afternoon appointment is checked in by 5:30PM. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our schedule running smoothly and maintain quality care for every pet we see.
