Cohen is a 1-year-old German Shepherd mix who is having a difficult time adjusting to the shelter environment and is in need of a foster home where he can decompress. The noise, activity, and constant changes in the shelter have been overwhelming for him, making it hard for him to settle and truly relax.

In a home environment, Cohen will have the chance to slow down, feel safe, and begin to show more of the sweet dog he truly is. He can be a little timid when meeting new people, but with time and patience, he warms up. Cohen is currently listed as Elementary+ with kids and has shown himself to be tolerant of other dogs.

Right now, what Cohen needs most is a calm and supportive space where he can decompress and gain confidence outside of the stressful shelter setting. A foster home would give him the opportunity to relax, adjust, and thrive while he waits for his forever family!
