Hiya, I'm Kerouac!
At the shelter, I am a shy cat making it hard for people to get to know me. I spend much of my time hiding in a cubby hole, but do not mind when people try to interact with me and give me loving pets. I love love love treats. They are a great way to break the ice with me. Once, I'm comfortable with you I am a very sweet boy who purrs, chirps and gives kisses. I'd do best with a calm household that is patient with me while I learn the world isn't a scary place. I've also lived with other cats before so if you've got another cat sibling at home for me, I'd love to be friends!
