Don’t forget 30 days of pet insurance is included with your adoption. If you haven’t signed up yet, remember to call 844-229-2069 to activate ASAP.
Claims will be denied if insurance is activated AFTER an accident or illness occurs. MetLife Pet Insurance coverage begins immediately following activation for accidents or illness that occurs after activation, allows you to visit any licensed vet, emergency clinic or specialist and has only a $50 deductible for accidents and illnesses. Extended coverage is available for a fee.

- Low cost | $25/month paid monthly OR $12/month paid annually | Unlimited Video Consultations
- Same Day Appointments Available
- Pet owners can add up to 5 household pets.
- Pet owners will be setup with a direct Zoom call with a vet.
- 2 types of appointments: Advice and Prescription
- Advice – behavior or symptom concerns
- Prescription – must be made with an in-state vet; includes refills of meds our clinic prescribed, behavior prescriptions, and treatment for minor illness (like URI symptoms; prescriptions given at the discretion of the vet); cost of prescriptions not included
