Last Litter Program

One Last Litter. A Lifetime of Impact.

Unexpected litters happen—and you’re not alone. Our Last Litter Program is designed to support you and your pet through this moment. We’ll help care for the current litter while also preventing future ones.

Puppies/kittens must be at least 8 weeks old but not older than 4 months and not showing any signs of illness. After a quick vet check and evaluation, if all requirements are met, you are provided a voucher for a free spay and neuter for your adult animal. We will keep the litter and put them up for adoption.

How It Works

Step 1: Apply

Tell us about your pet and their litter by completing the application below.

Step 2: We Care for the Litter

We’ll welcome the puppies or kittens into our program, where they’ll receive the medical care and attention they need to thrive.

Step 3: Spay the Parent Pet

We’ll provide spay/neuter vouchers for the parents, supporting their long-term health and preventing future litters.

Step 4: Help the Litter Find Their Families

Once the litter is ready, we’ll help each one find their family.

Who This Program Is For

This program is for families who:

  • Have an unplanned litter of puppies or kittens
  • Want support caring for and placing the litter
  • Are able to have the parent pet spayed through the program

If that sounds like your situation, we’re here to help.

Why It Matters

Unplanned litters are more common than you might think, and this program exists to help. When families have support, animals get the care they need and communities stay stronger.

By joining this program, you’re helping:

  • Strengthen the community of animals and families we’re building together
  • Give the current litter a healthy start
  • Prevent future unplanned litters

A Few Things to Know

  • Participation requires a commitment to spaying the parent pet
  • Space in the program may be limited
  • Not all applications may be accepted

We’ll guide you through everything so you know what to expect. If you have questions about whether this program works for your situation, reach out — we’re happy to talk it through.
