Hi, I'm Snorlax!

– I enjoy gentle pets and being told that I'm the most beautiful cat around.
– I may do best with children high school age or older.
– I would do best in a calm and comfortable home that is predictable and quiet.

At the shelter, I am a very shy cat making it hard for people to get to know me. I spend much of my time hiding in a cubby hole, but do not mind when people try to interact with me and give me treats. Being around so many cats and people at the shelter is a little overwhelming for a cat like me. To let my true colors shine, I will need patient and caring companions who will allow me to slowly adjust to my new life.

I can be a bit nervous at first so I'd really like my family to take it slow with my while I adjust to my new environment. You will find that I'm can be very curious, so be prepared to help me learn the correct way to interact with everyone in the family. AAWL recommends a scratching post so I may file my nails, lots of toys to keep me occupied, and of course lots of TLC. Show me love and limitations and I will be your best friend ever.
