Meet Reggie Spaghetti, a 2-year-old Karelian Bear Dog mix with a big personality and even bigger energy! Reggie is a fun, athletic, high-energy pup who really needs a break from the shelter and a chance to thrive in a home with structure and routine.

Reggie loves being on the move! Walks, runs, playtime, you name it. He’s the kind of dog who would do best with an active foster who enjoys getting outside and can help him burn off energy in positive ways. He can be a bit mouthy, so continued training and clear boundaries will be important, but he’s young and eager to engage.

Recently, Reggie experienced a grand mal seizure, so his foster will need to be comfortable recognizing and handling a seizure should one ever happen again. Shelter staff can provide guidance and support, you wouldn’t be on your own. We also have a medical emergency line you can contact at any hour in case of an emergency.

Because of his energy and play style, Reggie is recommended for a home with middle school–aged kids and up. He has mixed feelings about other dogs, so any resident dogs would need to meet him before going home to ensure a good fit!

If you’re experienced, active, and ready to help a special dog get out of the shelter and into a routine, Reggie Spaghetti would love to meet you!
