At Arizona Animal Welfare League, we rely entirely on donations to care for thousands of animals every year, fund all our programs, and operate our low-cost clinic.
Donating stock, bonds, or mutual fund shares allows you to have an immediate impact on the lives of homeless animals. Donating stock has its benefits, including:
- The total value of the stock is tax-deductible upon transfer if it has been held for at least one year.
- There is no need to pay capital gains taxes on the appreciated value.
