Kingston is a 1 year old Great Dane mix who is full of life, love, and more energy than the shelter walls can contain. Kingston desperately needs a foster home where he can decompress, stretch his legs, and finally show everyone the amazing dog he truly is.
Kingston is a sweet, affectionate cuddle bug who absolutely loves people. He's happiest soaking up attention and being close to his humans. Like many young, large dogs, he gets excited and can be mouthy and jumpy, so he'll need someone who can patiently redirect him and help him practice good manners. With consistency and an outlet for his energy, Kingston has so much potential.
When it comes to other dogs, Kingston has mixed feelings, so any resident dogs would need to meet him before heading home together to make sure it's a good match. Because of his size and enthusiasm, he's looking for a home with high school-aged children or older. Right now, what Kingston needs most is a break from the shelter. The shelter environment makes it hard for him to relax.
