AAWL The League Application

I am over 21 years of age.

I agree to serve a full term (August 2018 - July 2019), consisting of bi-monthly general meetings, and bi-monthly meetings of the subcommittee I join(required).

I understand that while personal emergencies occur, I agree to attend a minimum of 5 out of the 6 council meetings. Failure to do so may result in my dismissal from The League and I will be prohibited from indicating service on my resume or personal biography.

I understand that if selected, I am required to sign and abide by the Code of Conduct and by not doing so, I may be dismissed from The League and prohibited from indicating service on my resume or personal biography.

I understand I am committed to raising at least $500 each term (one year) through fundraising or personal donations. This can be done through event ticket sales, corporate sponsorships, or individual donations (in-kind gifts will not be included).
